- MOSS (Joint Venture / France)
In 2003, Thales and EADS joint company, MOSS, has been selected as prime contractor for Phase 3 of the SCCOA air command & control system.
- Omnisys Engenharia (Joint Venture / Brazil)
Thales strengthened its position in the market for civil air traffic control radars with the creation in February 2006 of a JV with Omnisys Engenharia Lta to build an L-band long-range radar.

Thales is partner in the consortium led by Saab Bofors for production engineering and production of the NLAW (Next-generation Light Anti-tank Weapon) anti-tank missile.
