Elisio Giacomo Prette was appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources in February 2006.

Elisio Giacomo Prette is an italian citizen and a graduate in Pedagogia.

From 2001 to 2005 he was HR Group Director in Alenia Marconi System (AMS) JV, the British - Italian joint venture between BAE System and Finmeccanica with a turnover of €1.3 billion. The Company operated in the Defence Systems and Software and Air Traffic management markets and with 7000 employees located in the UK, Italy, Germany, Oman and the USA. He also held the positions of AMS SpA Board Director,  Gematronik Gmhb Chairman, Vice Chairman  ASI Inc. (USA), Chairman Auditing Committee AMS SpA and Secretary to Remuneration Committee  AMS JV.

From 1992 to 2001 he worked for Finmeccanica Corporate where he was HR Vice President - Industrial Relations & Development (1992-1997) and then HR Senior Vice President (1998-2001).

Between 1972 and 1992 he worked for various Companies (Ansaldo Transportation, Ansaldo Electronic Power, Ansaldo Energy, ANCIFAP Training Centre)  with different responsibilities but always within the HR Dept.
