Justin started his career in mechanical and systems engineering, as part of the design team responsible for the Hawk and Harrier flight controls. In Thales Training and Simulation, he moved from managing large commercial aircraft simulator development programs to developing the Aircrew training business through PFI.
In 2005, after running and growing the profitable Services Business Line, Justin was promoted to be the Managing Director of the Thales Services Division in the UK.
In 2007 the Security Division & Services Division were merged and joined with the Alcatel-Lucent Rail Signalling and UK Space activities and Justin became UK Managing Director of the new Security Solutions and Services Division, just under 50% of Thales UK activities.
Justin joined the D3S senior management team in February 2008 in the role of VP Strategy, Business Development and Marketing.
