Niall McCracken, born in 1965, is an Irish citizen and holds a BA (Honours) in Business Studies from Thames Polytechnic.

He joined the Racal Group (acquired by Thales in 2000) in 1988 and has held HR positions in our Defence, Aerospace and Security businesses.
