I began my career as a logistics manager in industry. I then went on to set up and develop a centre in the Paris region to help young people and adults with social and professional integration. Hired by Thales at a site with employment difficulties, I worked in close partnership with operational management and colleagues in human resources to help staff to put together new career plans and relocate through professional mobility. Understanding the Group and its different trades and professions, listening closely to people, sharing information, and persistence are the keys to success.

It may seem as if I've taken a rather roundabout route to get here. But actually, there's a clear logic. I've always been driven by the same commitment - both for myself and others - to personal and professional development.
